Please refer to the color of your entry to confirm your staging instructions.

BLUE Staging Arrival Times

  • Entries 1 thru 50: Arrive between 9:15 and 9:45
  • Entries 51 thru 110: Arrive between 9:45 and 10:15
  • JROTC Fallen Soldier Memorial: Arrive between 9:00 and 9:30, or as directed by your leaders

RED Staging Arrival Times

  • Entries 1 thru 24: Arrive between 8:45 and 9:15
  • Entries 25 thru 42: Arrive between 9:15 and 9:30
  • Entries 43 thru 62: Arrive between 9:30 and 9:45
  • Entries 63 thru 79: Arrive between 9:45 and 10:00
  • Entries 80 thru 100: Arrive between 10:00 and 10:15

General Information for Each Participant

Hydration

Please plan to BRING WATER and any other supplies you and your group members might need. EVVP will not have water available.

Parking

There is no reserved or dedicated parking for non-parade vehicles in the staging areas. There are many on-street parking areas available adjacent to the parade route and several parking garages in the center of Mesa. It is strongly suggested that you make a trip to the parade area prior to parade date to develop a parking plan for parade day.

First Aid

Notify any EVVP Staff member if you have need of first aid or medical assistance.

Toilets

Portable toilets are located at various points in the staging and de-staging areas. Handicap toilets are available.

Please direct questions to any EVVP Staff member once you are parked.

No Stopping

Be advised that your unit is not allowed to stop during the parade. Please maintain an estimated 30 feet between your unit and the unit in front of you.

No Throwing

You are prohibited from throwing anything to spectators; candy, gum and etc. Please be sure this restriction is known and followed by everyone in your group. If you have items to distribute, walk along the Parade route and hand the items to spectators.
