EVVPA Executive Board Meeting

July 21, 2016

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Attendees: Sid, Lisa, Janice, Theresa, Sylvia and Jerry

Sid: There are 12 sessions of Mesa Morning Live in the budget.

Mesa Morning Live on September 9.

Members need to register in advance to pay $20.00 or pay $25.00 at the door.

EVVP will have a table at the event and someone will need to man the table.

Lisa motion, Janice 2^nd.  All favor to be reimbursed.

Sid: Went to VFW and the storage room was a mess.  He went through the items and the numbers/ vests need to be identified.  Sid suggested keeping one complete set.

Lisa will decide who has authorization to the room.

Grand Marshall:  Paul has verbal commitment from the Candy Bomber.

Sid and Jim will confirm Steve Borden from the Pat Tillman Center.

The deadline date for the Grand Marshall: Theresa, Melissa, Jhenni and Sid will meet to decide.

Theresa: The Patriot and Times Media will provide media, KFNX no longer will.

Jerry: has a contact to represent the National Guard.
