Be a part the celebration of the East Valley Veterans Parade!

We’re looking for marching bands, military groups, floats, dance teams, cheer squads, classic cars, civic clubs and anyone who wants to honor our Veterans.
The first year as a participant that you experience the enthusiasm of the crowd, the camaraderie of fellow participants, and patriotic goosebumps, you will want to participate for many years to come.

You understand your application DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE into the East Valley Veterans Parade. You will receive a notification of your entry status by email. All entrants are responsible for knowing the rules and regulations for the parade. The completion of this application and the electronic signature is verification that you the entrant understand the requirements for entry into the East Valley Veterans Parade.

Date your email is received is the date of the application. Applications must be received by the East Valley Veterans Parade Association by October 31 to be eligible for this parade.

Vehicles in the Parade must have current registration; the driver is required to have a valid vehicle specific (motorcycle, CDL etc....) driver’s license. City of Mesa Police will be checking these at the entry check point. If the registration is not valid, the vehicle will not be allowed in the Parade. If the driver does not have a valid vehicle specific (motorcycle, CDL etc....) driver’s license in his/her possession, an alternate driver needs to be selected.

I,agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the 2017 East Valley Veterans Parade. I further acknowledge that by submitting this application, I understand our entry is not guaranteed acceptance into the East Valley Veterans Parade.

The person, corporation or other entity submitting this document by clicking East Valley Veterans Parade Application is a Participant (hereinafter “Participant”) in one or more of the functions, which are part of the East Valley Veterans Parade. In consideration of the Military Veterans Parade Association accepting a participant to take part in one or more functions of the parade, participant agrees that it will indemnify Military Veterans' Parade Association, its officers, directors, volunteers and employees, and hold them harmless with respect to any defense that they shall be required to make in connection with any claim or action arising out of participant’s involvement with the Parade, including the payment of reasonable attorney’s fees.

If this agreement is executed by a party other than an individual acting on his or her own behalf, the undersigned person certifies that said execution is authorized by the corporation or other entity/participant designated.
