Be a part the celebration of the East Valley Veterans Parade!

We’re looking for marching bands, military groups, floats, dance teams, cheer squads, classic cars, civic clubs and anyone who wants to honor our Veterans.
The first year as a participant that you experience the enthusiasm of the crowd, the camaraderie of fellow participants, and patriotic goosebumps, you will want to participate for many years to come.

Clicking “SUBMIT” below acknowledges that all participants of your entry agree to abide by the Guidelines of the East Valley Veterans Parade. Please take a moment to read the RULES & REGULATIONS.

You understand your application does not guarantee acceptance into the East Valley Veterans Parade. You will receive a notification of your entry status by email. All entrants are responsible for knowing the rules and regulations for the parade. The completion of this application and the electronic signature is verification that you the entrant understand the requirements for entry into the East Valley Veterans Parade.

The date your email is received is the date of the application. Applications must be received by the East Valley Veterans Parade Association by October 29 to be eligible for this parade.

By completing this application and clicking SUBMIT, I, agree to abide by the terms of this application and to observe the Rules, Regulations and Safety Requirements of the 2017 Parade. I understand and appreciate that participation in the Parade carries with it certain inherent risks, hazards and dangers that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I further understand that I, or others, can be seriously injured or killed, and that property can be damaged or destroyed, while participating in the Parade.

In consideration of the East Valley Veterans Parade Association (“Association”) accepting me as a participant to take part in one or more functions of the parade, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Association and the City of Mesa, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, lost profits and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, for injuries or damages (including disability or death) incurred in whole or in part as a result of or in connection with my participation in the Parade and to reimburse them for any such items or expenses as they are incurred.

If this agreement is executed by a party other than an individual acting on his or her own behalf, the undersigned person certifies that said execution is authorized by the corporation or other entity/participants designated. By completing this application and clicking SUBMIT, I agree to the terms and conditions of this document.
